Questions? 🙋
📸 What photo works best?
One child, facing the camera, eyes open, in good light. A recent, sharp photo. Group photos, far-away shots and dark photos give weaker results.
🎁 Is the preview really free?
Yes. The preview is free and watermarked. You can make up to 5 free versions per theme. You only pay to unlock the HD file.
🖨️ Can I print it?
Yes. The HD file prints beautifully at 8 × 10 and up to about 12 × 16 inches. Print at home, at a photo counter or online. We deliver a digital file, not a physical print.
🔒 What happens to my photo?
It is used only to create the portrait and deleted automatically within 24 hours. We never publish your photos or use them to train AI.
👪 Who can upload a photo?
An adult who is the child's parent or guardian, or who has their permission. You confirm this before uploading.
🤖 How is the portrait made?
With AI, from your photo and the theme you pick. Every portrait is checked automatically so it stays child-appropriate.
